Bought the wrong product, or it didn't fit your needs? No problem. Returns or exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the purchase date.
Contact us at email@example.com to initiate a return or exchange and get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return.
We'll take the item back as long as it's new with all tags and original packaging (if applicable). Just ship it all back to us by any method you choose, but we recommend you use a service with tracking or delivery confirmation.
Looking to exchange? We will send you an invoice or issue a refund, depending on the price difference. Your exchange item will be shipped to you with our standard free shipping. (U.S. orders only)
Just want a refund? Refunds usually take 3-4 business days to be processed back through the original method you used to pay.
