Bought the wrong product, or it didn't fit your needs? No problem. We can help. Returns or exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the purchase date. We will take the item back as long as it is new, with all the tags and original packaging (if applicable).
How to start the Return Process?
1. Fill out the form below and click "Send Form."
2. Wait for an e-mail back from us with your RMA number. We process these as fast as we can during our normal business hours, M-F 9a-5p. Please verify the return item in the e-mail is correct.
3. Print out the RMA e-mail to include in your return. At the bottom of the page you will find a place to note if you would like a return or exchange. (If you would like to do an exchange please note which item(s) you would like to exchange your return for.)
4. Ship your return item(s) back to us using any shipping service of your choice. We do recommend you use a service with tracking or delivery confirmation. Please include your name, order number, RMA number, and reason for the return or exchange in the package with your returned item. Please do not use the item packaging as the ship packaging.
- If the form below does not work, please contact us at email@example.com to initiate your return or exchange and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The RMA number enables us to make the return and exchange process run smoothly and efficiently.
- Exchanges: We will send you an invoice or issue a refund if there is a price difference. Your exchange item will be shipped to you with our standard free shipping (U.S. orders only) as soon as we receive your returned item.
- Refunds: We will issue your refund as soon as we receive your returned item. You will be refunded through your original payment method. Refunds usually take 3-4 business days to be processed.
