    The perfect light fly reel

    I purchased both the 2/3 size and the 4/5 size reels. AvidMax shipped them promptly to my home in Australia and I am simply stoked with the product. I have fly fished for 30 years and have finally found a strong, light, well priced, well built reel that is perfect because of it's simplicity. Its simple click drag is perfect and all that is needed on a lightweight fly reel. The lifetime warranty, literally, can not be beaten, but i doubt, on first impressions, that I will need to use it. So impressed, I am looking to upgrade my 8wt reel to a Redington product.

    Perfect reel for my 3 wt.

    This reel has been the perfect companion for my fiberglass 3 wt. Right out of the box the reel is super light and has impressive lines and construction. I got the solid black with red trim and it is look nice. Super easy to switch out spools and adjusts to left or right. For any light weight fly rod this is a great addition.
