The Ross Evolution FS Fly Reel in the Liberty Limited Edition colorway brings the next generation of the Evolution series together with a finish built for anglers who want their reel to stand apart. Machined in Montrose, Colorado from proprietary 6061 T6 aluminum, the Evolution FS pairs a fully sealed drag with a stacked disc system that delivers smooth stopping power and no startup inertia, so pressure stays constant from the first turn of the handle through a hard run.

A large arbor spool speeds line retrieval and cuts down on coil memory, while the signature Ross bell shaped arbor adds structural strength and helps self level the fly line as it comes in. The canvas phenolic handle keeps weight low and grip secure when wet. The Liberty Limited Edition anodized finish is a hard coat that protects against corrosion as well as it looks on the rod, and it is produced in limited numbers.
