Tight Gravel Gards

I really like these waders. They are comfortable and very easy to get in and out of. It was the only zippered waders I could find in my size with a large enough boot size without going the custom route.
My only issue is that the cuff on the gravel guard does not expand that much. If you have BOA wading boots you really have to work to get the cuff over there BOA knobs. Also, if the D- ring on the boots is located at the bottom of the laces (Orvis Boot and some others) the clip on the waders won't reach. They are tight enough for the gravel guards to function with out clipping them to the boot.

These are incredible waders, in fact the most comfortable I've ever owned.
I preface my remarks by saying that prior to this purchase I was wearing another high end brand of zip front waders which are very good, but despite offering a slew of sizes I found them to be restricting, limiting my ability to climb steep banks, step over deadfalls, etc.
These Patagonia waders do not constrain my movement whatsoever, and are extremely comfortable. At 72 yrs. old I"m not as agile as I once was, however, I now have more confidence wading the good sized rivers i commonly fish.
I highly recommend them.
