Umpqua's Thunder Thighs hopper gets a cap of its own. The fly is printed large across the front of a dark green unstructured crown, yellow foam body, mottled wing, white hackle and barred rubber legs all there to read at a glance, with a small UMPQUA mark tucked in behind the hook.
