What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is that I love coming to work everyday. I have strived to create a work environment in which our team members enjoy doing what they do each day as much as I do. I also enjoy the challenge of looking for unique and innovative products that inspire people’s love of the great outdoors.
Please describe your perfect adventure?
I have many passions such as skiing, road biking, sailing, fishing. I am game for most anything in the outdoors. My perfect adventure is taking each of these passions to the next or different level. Riding in a helicopter and being dropped off at the top of a mountain in fresh powder with my family, riding bikes in Italy with my wife, daughter and her husband, sailing to Hawaii, and fishing in our beautiful Colorado mountains with my sons. There are so many adventures ready to be had!

What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is being able to create a fun and safe environment for our employees to thrive in. We place the same value on our personal lives with friends and family as we do on our professional lives. We love to see people grow into positions that they never thought they would be doing. Our work environment is fun, friendly, relaxed, and caring. I love coming to work and making a difference with our amazing employees/friends.
Please describe your perfect adventure?
My perfect adventure would start off by flying over the deep Amazon jungle. We would land and be guided to raw, wild, and remote areas of the jungle. Along the way we would experience wildlife like no other in search of secret rivers that hold exotic fish species. I would fly fish in all of the deepest remote lakes and waterways the jungle has to offer.

What is the best part of your job?
There is much I enjoy about my job so it is really hard to pick just one thing. Purchasing for AvidMax grants me many opportunities. One of the coolest aspects is access to the latest and greatest products dreamt up by manufactures in the fly fishing and outdoor industries. As a gearhead I feel very fortunate to get to see and use all the newest ground breaking technologies and products.
Please describe your perfect adventure?
There are many adventures in the back of my head and on my bucket list. From traveling to South America for Golden Dorados, heading to Asia for Taimen, or Christmas Island for Giant Trevally on the fly, to through hiking the Colorado Trail, PCT, AT and CDT. It is hard for me to say what my perfect adventure would be but right now I think it would be more of a survival goal. Heading into the mountain wilderness (one that has good resources) to see if I can last a few days with minimal equipment. Might be crazy for some, but who doesn't like to push the limits, right?

What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is being able to create promotions that not only save the customer money but also inspire them to get out more and enjoy the outdoors. I believe that sometimes it only takes a little inspiration to motivate a person to get up, get out, and have some fun. We have a beautiful country to explore, and you're not going to do that from your couch! I also love talking and interacting with all of the customers too! It's cool to be able to build relationships and learn more about how the outdoors impacts their lives.
Please describe your perfect adventure?
My perfect adventure is with my family. We would set out on a short drive and reach our picturesque destination somewhere in the mountains. Then we would set up camp with our tents and Tentsile tree tent. Then spend the night eating and roasting s’mores over the campfire and reminiscing of old times past. Then on the next day, we would do some fly fishing, hiking, reading and relaxing and enjoy our time together for the rest of the trip.

The best part of my job is working with the incredible Warehouse Team! The only reason we are able to accomplish our mission every day is by working together and motivating each other, in which we do an amazing job!
Please describe your perfect adventure?
My perfect adventure would be to travel to Ireland! My dream is to be able to visit all the old castles, explore the amazing countryside, and to learn all about my family's history. Of course, no trip to Ireland would be complete without also experiencing the Pubs, food, and traditions the smaller towns have to offer!

What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is a three-way tie between my coworkers, the office dogs, and the constant challenges I come across in my work. My coworkers are all wonderful, and I could not ask for a better work environment with a more growth centered, encouraging atmosphere and positive attitude. The dogs, of course, bring a lot of that positive and encouraging energy to the to the table and lighten even the heaviest days. My work is highly detailed oriented, and I enjoy it immensely. Finding new ways to improve myself while perfecting our processes and how we present our product is incredibly fulfilling, even though I once swore to myself I'd never have or like a desk job!
Please describe your perfect adventure?
My perfect adventure would be a trip to New Zealand with my dad. He grew up on the south island, and his stories about the land make me ache to see it. Luckily for me, he enjoys The Lord of the Rings (LOTR) as much as I do, and would enjoy an expedition to all the filming locations possible. Our trip would include hiking and swimming and talking about the culture, maybe even some fishing and camping (if I could convince him!). If I were lucky, he might pick up his old accent while there! If I couldn't take my dad, I would like for my best friend and adventure buddy to join me... or my boyfriend, who may love LOTR more than I do!
