This rain jacket handles both at the highest levels of performance. The high-tech fabric is rated 20k/20k, which means it can handle the most intense rainstorm while providing the highest rate of breathability. In fact, at 28 PSI, it has a higher waterproof rating than military-grade 25 PSI. It all boils down to this, you can stay outside in intense, long-lasting rain and stay dry and comfortable. Add in the packable hood for full coverage, a drawstring waist to cinch the jacket tight, articulated elbows, and plenty of pockets inside and out, and you can face the elements in confidence. Rubber-sprayed snaps provide a sure grip in wet weather. By the way, it fits nicely over a sport coat and can be layered with a down vest to weather sleet and snow. Classic fit.
